Did you know that rockets are the only vehicles that can travel in space, where there is no air? That’s because rockets carry their own fuel and oxygen, so they don’t need air to move.
The first rockets were actually invented in ancient China more than 700 years ago, and they were used for fireworks and simple weapons.
